Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Scanstash handles information through the public website at scan-stash.com. The Scanstash mobile application is still pre-launch; app-specific privacy practices will be addressed before the application is made publicly available.

Information you provide

If you join the waitlist, Scanstash receives the email address you submit. If you use the contact form, Scanstash receives your name, email address, and message. If you email us directly, we receive the information contained in your email.

How information is used

We use submitted information to maintain the launch waitlist, send product and early-access updates, respond to questions, and operate the website. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Form processing

Website forms are processed by FormSubmit, which forwards submissions to hello@scan-stash.com. FormSubmit states that form submissions are retained in its submission archive for 30 days. Its own privacy practices apply when it processes a form submission.

Hosting, logs, and analytics

The website hosting provider may process standard connection and server-log information, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, and timestamps, as needed to deliver and secure the site. The current public website does not use advertising trackers, session replay, or behavioral advertising cookies. If a separate analytics service is enabled later, this policy will be updated to describe it.

Card images and collection data

The public website does not accept uploads of card images or collection data. The screenshots shown on the website are product examples. Privacy practices for information handled by the Scanstash application will be documented separately before public app release.

Retention and deletion

We keep waitlist and contact information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including responding to messages and managing launch communications. You may ask us to delete information you submitted by emailing hello@scan-stash.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website or product changes. The effective date above will be updated when changes are published.
